Watch your weight with charts

The world is definitely a tough place for teens nowadays because there are a lot of things they have to take care about. Their social life is as important as their personal life and some actually feel it is more important than anything else. When one wants to have an active social life, teens feel that they have to maintain weight and go on obscene diets for weight loss and actually spoil their health. Such diets are actually very bad for their life and most parents and teens are unaware of the risks involved in it.
My niece is a very active adolescent and she loves to go for parties. But when she started gaining a little weight, she started taking up rigorous diets consuming very little food. She looked so pale but she did not even look like she had lost any weight. She was so depressed and came to me for help.
